There is a big pavilion with grills for poolside cookouts, and if you ever tire of the pool scene, a seasonal tram will whisk you away to the beautiful beach.

Upon entering the open living area on the first floor of Unit A - Lil Tip-Sea, you are immediately impressed by the crisp, stylish bright look. Light beach washed hardwood tiled flooring flows throughout while multiple windows and a double glass door that leads to an outdoor deck provide a sunny ambiance. Decorative accents include a vibrant beach scene, colorful Pop art, and nautical accouterments. A state of the art kitchen features brushed stainless steel appliances, creamy white custom cabinetry, and a matching paneled island topped with finely mottled granite. Four fashionable Vintage Modern clear acrylic chairs are provided for seating, so you may enjoy favorite drinks and wonderful appetizers while a fun family feast is being prepared. An alcove nearby with double windows has a round glass-topped dining table flanked by a set of four regal white tufted high backed chairs beneath a gorgeous chandelier. The living area has a comfortably elegant white wraparound couch with a chic glass framed cocktail table and a zigzag patterned accent rug. This ensemble faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a striking mirror sided entertainment cabinet. A convenient powder room is nearby. Glass doors lead out to a breezy open private deck with outdoor seating that is bordered by pine trees.

The Master Bedroom has a palatial king-sized bed that faces a flatscreen TV for evening entertainment mounted above a unique shimmering mirror sided dresser. Its en suite luxury bath has a granite-topped dressing table with double vanities and a glass-walled shower. A white cottage styled Guest Bedroom with a queen-sized bed facing a wide wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a bright bunk room with two twins share a full hall bath. There is also a Pack-N-Play provided for the little ones (linens not provided).

Prominence stars a wonderful amenity called The The Big Chill, which includes a variety of restaurants, friendly casual bars, specialty shops, and fashion boutiques.  Dining delights at different venues include Tantalizing Barbeque, Mexican cuisine, Country Fried Chicken, Fantastic Burgers, Big Hot Dogs, Mouthwatering Pizza, and Old fashioned Ice Cream. A fitness center on-site will help you keep your weight in check! Ice Cold Beer and Craft Cocktails are served at two friendly bars that border the grounds facing an amazing Events Stage with a cinema screen for movies or special games. Cushioned couches, chairs, and tables provide comfortable upscale seating ensembles on the expansive grassy lawn. During the vacation season, you can enjoy live entertainment, musical concerts, and a “screen on the green” with family-friendly movies on most evenings.

The Big Chill’s great 30A location is also close to restaurants, bistros, beach bars, specialty shops, fashion boutiques, galleries, outdoor concerts, and seasonal festivals minutes away at Seacrest and Rosemary Beach.
